SCI was engaged by a large marathon organizing committee that found itself in the middle of a challenging conflict with a number of local constituents after making some large changes to it’s event.
SCI worked with the committee to understand the conflict from both a process and substance lens. This involved interviews with key stakeholders.
SCI provided detailed advice on both process changes and substantive concerns uncovered through the assessment.
The organizing committee adopted these changes with success and repaired the strained relationships.
