Paul Wiggins, a native of Portland, Oregon was an American football offensive lineman in the National Football League for the Pittsburgh Steelers, Washington Redskins, and Denver Broncos. Mr. Wiggins was drafted in the third round of the 1997 NFL Draft.. He played college football at the University of Oregon on a full football athletic scholarship where he was a four year Letterman and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Sociology.
Mr. Wiggins is currently CEO of NACC, Inc. a General Contracting, Engineering, and Technical Services company. Started in 2008, NACC has a strong focus on National Security Systems Integration and works with companies such as Boeing, Lockheed Martin, TASC, and General Dynamics supporting government agencies under DoD and DHS. NACC has also been a successful General Contractor for companies such as Frito Lay, PepsiCo, and Walmart. ·

Mr. Wiggins is a member of the United States Black Chamber of Business President’s Circle which recognizes the top minority businesses and business owners in the United States. Mr. Wiggins has three children ages 15, 14, & 10.
