I learned a lot about conflicts that occur in every sport at every age and how different models apply to different stories. I thought the insight into conflict and situations in the real world relating to conflict was simply outstanding. The instructor was very engaging to listen to and was very helpful and clear when explaining things. I really enjoyed this class and felt that I learned a lot will benefit me in the future. The models used were clearly defined and have really helped with my conflict resolution skills.”
