Objective. Why are some teams successful while others are unsuccessful? This activity tries to use your experience to answer this question.
Activity. Think about a time when you were on a successful team. Write a description of the team at that point in time. (What was it like being on the team? What was the team like?) Think about a time when you were on an unsuccessful team. Write a description of the team at that point in time.
